Loving people through photography

The Beauty in Photography, for me, is people...

emotion and color-"Capturing a moment no one otherwise

would have seen."

depth of feeling...

...is the very heart of what I strive to portray;

images that make people feel seen...

to reveal the person whithin.

"The subject is always more important than the photograph..."

...my ability to put people at ease comes from a decade in social work focusing on the elderly, and a patient and empathetic spirit. In addition to smaller weddings and family/portrait sessions, my Dignity in Aging project, in it's infancy, is to bring our Elders into the family spot-light, and to leave them with a renewed sense of dignity and relevance.

Dignity in Aging...

If you love the idea of lavishing a loved one with an in-home, or assisted living portrait session, consider yourself a family hero; not just for the way you'll make them feel, but for the photos that will be shared through generations.
